GRANDAXIN (aka Tofisopam, Emandaxin, Seriel) – is an anxiolytic from the group of benzodiazepines (atypical benzodiazepine derivative). Grandaxin is used as a daytime tranquilizer. It provides anxiolytic effect that is not accompanied by a sedative, muscle relaxant or anticonvulsant action. Being a psycho-vegetative regulator Grandaxin reduces various forms of vegetative disorders. It can be used in patients with myopathy and myasthenia gravis. - Emotional stress
- Autonomic Disorders
- Fear and apathy
- Post traumatic stress disorder
- Chronic alcoholism, Alcohol withdrawal syndrome and delirium
- Depression with moderately to severe psychopathological symptoms
INSTRUCTION FOR USE
Grandaxin comes in the form of tablets. The active substance – tofizopam – 50 mg.
For oral administration.
Dosage: the dose is adjusted individually.
Adults: 50-100 mg, 1-3 times a day. The maximum daily dose is 300 mg.
Children older than 14 years: 50-100 mg, 2 times /day. The maximum daily dose is 200 mg.
It is recommended not to take the drug after 15-16:00 hours.
